Quentin grew up in a Bucktown 2-flat that his parents deconverted into a single-family home in the late 90’s until he was about 10 years old. In 2006, his parents moved the family to Beverly, a suburban-like neighborhood on the south side of Chicago. One of Quentin’s favorite aspects of living and working in Chicago is the area’s rich diversity. There’s something for everyone in each of the city’s 77 neighborhoods! As a third-generation Realtor®, Quentin’s real estate career began long before he obtained his real estate license in 2016.

Quentin’s parents were both Realtors® who ran a successful brokerage in Chicago for over 15 years. Growing up, Quentin would regularly sit in open houses with is parents so that they could avoid having to hire a babysitter.. As he got older, sitting in open houses turned into rehabbing and turning his parents’ investment properties. His grandparents on both sides of the family were also heavily involved in real estate as contractors and property investors. Quentin comes from a long line of real estate professionals and he hopes to continue on with that proud legacy.

In addition to his real estate roots, Quentin graduated from Saint Louis University in 2016 with degrees in both Economics and Philosophy. His strong background in finance and economics allows him to educate his clients on the numerous options out there for real estate investment while empowering them to make smart investment choices. With his extensive background and skill set, Quentin provides his clients with a unique perspective on Chicago’s dynamic real estate market. Practical and organized, he goes above and beyond to ensure his clients have the necessary tools to achieve their real estate goals. Beyond carving his own path in the real estate business, Quentin stays incredibly active inside and outside of his career. As a second-generation builder and a Chicago native, Tom has developed years of experience and has a profound understanding of the local real estate dynamics. Raised on the Southside of Chicago and a current resident of the South Loop, he is knowledgeable about each of the city’s vibrant neighborhoods. He attended Saint Xavier University where he gained essential business knowledge and developed an exception work ethic that serves his clients.

Currently, Tom is a Real Estate Broker of Downtown Realty Company. He specializes in the construction value of real estate, whether it is assisting first-time home buyers or experienced investors, he has the knowledge. His unique value in the industry stems from eighteen years of experience working as a construction laborer, kitchen and bath designer, project manager, construction manager and business manager.

Tom’s goal is to provide sound advice to clients to mitigate the unknowns and maximize value-add opportunities. To Tom, each client is not merely a transaction, but the opportunity to provide value to his clients’ success. His approach has always been to advise his clients as if he were investing in the property.

Outside of the office, Tom is a devoted Arsenal Soccer fan, and spends time with his family. His passion for sports inspires him to work relentlessly to win for his clients.
